Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
How long does delivery take?
Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: 1 to 2 business days. Abu Dhabi and Al Ain: 2 to 3 business days. Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain: 3 to 5 business days.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Payment
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on every order in all seven emirates. You pay the courier when the parcel is in your hands.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest with your name, address and WhatsApp number.
Privacy and packaging
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box with no logos, no product names and no description of the contents. The courier does not know what is inside.
Will my name appear on the parcel?
Only the name and address you give us at checkout. Nothing about the products is written on the outside.
Products and authenticity
Are the products genuine?
Yes. Every item is sourced from verified suppliers. We do not sell counterfeits or copies, and the product you receive is the one shown on the product page.
What materials are used?
Body-safe silicone, ABS, TPE and metal. The exact material is listed on each product page.
What if the item does not match the description?
